No idea, really, but I chatted with the desk lady in the hostel, which is located next to this temple. The 'religion' they were practicing in there was a mixture of other religions and, I guess, as long as it kept its members happy, that should suffice. When I arrived, I accidentally rang the bell to the temple and a young man (in his 20's) appeared wearing a long medieval knight's coat. In the daytime it looked as you see in the picture below, seen from a balcony or varanda of the Guesthouse Lagoa. I think they fancied themselves as some sort of knights and ladies. |
